What are personal data?
The LGPD defines “personal data” as any information that enables the direct or indirect identification of a natural person. Examples of personal data include name, date and place of birth, ID, CPF (taxpayer identification number), photograph, home address, email address, bank card number, income, location data, IP address (internet protocol), phone number, etc.
Sensitive personal data are those to which the LGPD grants even greater protection, as they are directly related to the most intimate aspects of an individual’s personality. Sensitive personal data includes information related to racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, union membership, philosophical or political organizations, health or sexual life, genetic or biometric data, when linked to an individual.
Rights of data subjects
AGT values and aims to ensure the preservation of the data subjects’ rights listed in the LGPD.
The data subject may expressly and free of charge request the following rights:
- Confirmation of the existence of data processing;
- Access to stored data;
- Correction, updating, and completion of stored data;
- Anonymization, blocking, and/or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or non-compliant data with current legislation;
- Portability of data to another service or product provider, as regulated by the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD);
- Deletion of personal data processed with the consent of the data subject, except where necessary for compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation;
- Information about public or private entities with which AGT has shared data;
- Information about the possibility for the data subject to refuse consent and be informed of the consequences;
- Revocation of consent for the processing of personal data;
- Lodging a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
Exercising the rights
The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is responsible for ensuring compliance with the LGPD and receiving communications from data subjects.
DPOnet, registered under CNPJ number 36.487.128/0001-79, has been appointed as our data protection officer. As such, they are able to perform all functions and duties of the position, as provided for in the LGPD.
If you wish to exercise any of your rights as provided in the LGPD, simply click on the “Protected Personal Data” seal on our website and complete the “Data Subject Service Form.”
By accessing and navigating our portal, you accept our Notice, being aware and in total agreement with how we will use your information and data.

1. Information we collect
In order to interact with us, we collect the following types of information:
1.1. Information provided by you:
- “Work with Us” tab (only available in Portuguese version): The data subject will be directed, via link, to third-party portals/platforms.
- “Contact” tab: name, email, and phone/mobile number.
When interacting with AGT through the Channels available on the Site, the data subject may provide, in the body of the messages, personal data beyond those requested by us. We ask that you limit the personal data provided to the minimum necessary for us to fulfill your request.
1.2. Information generated automatically:
- Access records: AGT automatically collects access records to the application, which may include the IP address, date and time used to access the site. These data are collected as required by Law No. 12.965/2014 and will be provided to third parties only with your express authorization or due to a court decision.
- Cookies: To make your visit to our Site an attractive experience and enable the use of certain features, we use cookies on our pages. Cookies are small text files stored on the end device. We use some cookies through support tools, such as Google Analytics, a free traffic monitoring system. Therefore, indirectly collected and processed information includes logs, cookies, IP address, browser used, language, access origin, age, and gender.
Other cookies we use are deleted at the end of the browser session, i.e., after closing the browser (session cookies).
There are also cookies that remain on your end device and allow us or our partner companies to recognize your browser again the next time you visit us (persistent cookies).
Cookies do not allow access to other files on your computer or reveal your email address.
Most browsers allow you to change cookie settings. If the default settings are saved for cookies in your browser, all processes will go unnoticed to you in the background.

2. How we use your data

- Verify or authenticate the information provided by you, including comparing it with data collected from other sources;

We may occasionally use data for purposes other than those specified in this Privacy Notice, such as for statistical or informational purposes, for advertising or disclosure of our activities, where data of professionals involved are collected for the purpose of formalizing rights (contract, authorization for image use, etc.), always within the data subject’s expectations and never to the detriment of their interests, rights, and fundamental freedoms.
The eventual use of your data for purposes that do not comply with this prerogative will be subject to your prior consent.
2.2. Data retention and deletion
In some cases, the retention period may vary depending on the purpose for which it was collected and stored and the applicable legal basis, respecting proportionality and ensuring the non-excessive use of this data.
As a rule, the data collected will be deleted from our servers upon your request, through a free and facilitated procedure, or when they are no longer necessary and/or useful for the purposes for which they were collected, except if there is any other reason for their retention, such as an eventual legal obligation to retain data or the need to preserve them to safeguard AGT’s rights.
3. Sharing of Information
AGT will not market or share your information for profit or economic purposes.
As a general rule, we do not share the data subject’s personal data with third parties, but this may occur if:
- Requested by court order or by administrative authorities with legal competence to make such request;
- Necessary for the protection of AGT’s interests in conflicts, including legal, administrative, or arbitral proceedings;
- In the case of transactions and corporate changes involving AGT, in which case the transfer of information will be necessary for the continuity of services.
- We use our database only for specific purposes established and within the scope of our activities. Internally, the data of the data subjects will be accessed by duly authorized professionals, always respecting the principles of purpose, adequacy, and necessity for the execution of our services/activities.
- The data of the data subjects may be shared with companies belonging to AGT’s economic group and/or its affiliates and controlled entities, suppliers, and/or partners, exclusively for the exercise of their activities.
4. Third-Party Platforms
While browsing our website, the data subject may be directed, via link, to content or services from other portals or platforms that may collect their information and have their own Privacy Policy, such as the “Work with Us” tab (https://agt.gupy.io/).
In these cases, AGT is not responsible for the content displayed there, nor for the Policies or Privacy Notices presented and practiced there. Therefore, it is the data subject’s responsibility to access the Policies of these platforms outside the AGT website environment and decide whether to accept or reject them.
5. Information Security
AGT is aware of the importance of your personal information and, therefore, employs security systems and internal procedures to protect them. All your data is confidential, and only individuals with proper authorizations will have access to them. However, considering that no system is infallible, AGT disclaims any responsibility for any damages or losses resulting from failures, viruses, or intrusions into our database, except in cases of willful misconduct or negligence.
The collected data may be stored on AGT’s own servers located in Brazil, as well as on cloud computing environment and servers, which will result in the transfer or processing of data outside of Brazil, in third countries.
AGT’s website may store your information in accordance with legal provisions, with emphasis on the Marco Civil da Internet (Law No. 12.965/2014).
6. User Responsibility
AGT is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the data subject, and it is the latter’s responsibility to provide accurate and updated information.
This website is intended for an audience over 18 years old and does not offer services targeted at children (individuals up to 12 years old) and adolescents under 18 years old (with the exception of the Young Apprentice Program, which is intended for adolescents between 17 years old and 18 years old, duly assisted by their parents or legal guardians). If AGT becomes aware that a child or adolescent under 18 years old has provided personal information to us without the consent of their parents or legal guardian, we will immediately delete this information.
7. Updates to our Notice
AGT reserves the right to update our Privacy Notice as many times as necessary to provide you with more secure information and continually improve your experience.

8. Applicable Law
This document is governed and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws and normative acts that make up the Brazilian legal system. The Court of Assis, State of São Paulo, is elected as the competent forum to settle any issues arising from this document, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
